Warner Bros. lo ha hecho oficial: estarán regresando a Tierra Media.
El estudio confirmó que se encuentran en “etapas tempranas de desarrollo” en los guiones de nuevas películas de “Lord of the Rings” y que podría empezar a ver la luz a partir de 2026 y que centrarán en historia “no contadas” de este mundo.
La primera cinta se llamará “The Hunt for Gollum” (titulo tentativo) y la cual tendrá como protagonista a Andy Serkis, quien también la dirigirá.
Así mismo se confirmó que Peter Jackson esta “involucrado en cada paso” de estas nuevas cintas. El guión de de “The Hunt for Gollum” será realizado por Fran Walsh y Phillipa Boyens, asociados de muchos años de Jackson.
